Ask about Verb form in this sentence
This sentence below is using V-ing in a different way there are
"population enjoying" and standing at.
The number of Internet users expanded nearly fivefold, with the proportion
of the world's population enjoying Internet access now standing at nearly
thirty per cent.
Im so confused aboud grammar by the way this sentence using V-ing form. I
hope, anybody can explain for me clearly. Thanks you.
